The Rock Star Custodian award is based on 9 personality traits of the individual. Nominees have come from K-12, Universities, Service Contractors, and others.
Anyone can nominate anyone who is currently employed within the nominating operation.
Your nominations are taken through October, finalists are selected, then nationwide voting goes through December.
